HOW I WORK

I don't treat symptoms.
I work on what
creates them.

Most approaches ask:
"How do we reduce this symptom?"

I ask a different question:
"What strategy created it - and how do we transform it?"

My holistic approach combines psychology, psychosomatics, body-oriented therapy, regression hypnosis, and ancestral traditions to uncover the root of recurring patterns - not simply help people manage them.
Treat the symptom and it often returns. Transform the strategy and the symptom no longer has the same purpose.

SYMPTOMS ARE MAPS

Symptoms don't appear randomly.

Whether they show up in the body, emotions, relationships, or our sense of meaning - they're all part of the map.

I follow the symptom.

Not because it's the problem.

Because every symptom is a clue.

Behind it, I look for the deeper adaptation that once helped you survive.

It's the body's and mind's way of saying:

"Start looking here."

Together, we follow that map back to the strategy that created it - and transform it at the root.

No matter where we begin, the process is the same:
follow the symptom > uncover the strategy that created it > replace automatic adaptation with a new strategy.

Nothing in you is random. Everything has a logic - even what seems
most irrational.

LENSES I USE

A Holistic Approach

No single lens tells the whole story.

Each reveals something the others can't.

Together, they help me understand not just what you're experiencing - but why, where it began, and how it can change.

The pattern that's costing you the most -  is usually the one you've
stopped noticing.

- MASHA ĀTMAN

Multiple lenses holistic psychology approach

No Single Lens Tells the Whole Story.
Human beings are too complex for a single map.

Every framework I've studied answered an important question.

None answered every question.

Psychology explains behavior.

Psychosomatics reveals what the body is expressing.
Germanic New Medicine explores its biological meaning.

Regression uncovers where a pattern began.

Bodywork releases what words alone cannot.

Gestalt helps close unfinished emotional cycles.
Emotional Image therapy helps to translate the abstract unconscious.
Recall Healing helps to resolve what we find.
NLP helps to link neurological processes.

Indigenous traditions remind us that healing is not only individual -

but relational, ancestral and communal.

I don't combine methods because more is better.

I combine them because each person requires something different.

My loyalty isn't to a methodology.

It's to meaningful change.

WHY ONE LENSE ISN'T
ENOUGH

What if the reason nothing worked wasn't you -
but the lens being used to look. It's worth one conversation.
