ABOUT ME

My work begins
where insight
alone isn't enough.

Why do we keep repeating patterns we consciously

want to change?

That question has guided my work for over fifteen years.

I noticed it first in communication. Some people stay silent. Others explode. Different strategies, but the same struggle: not knowing how to express what they truly feel, need, or fear.

What looks like anxiety, conflict, physical symptoms, or feeling stuck often begins much deeper.

My work is somatic and psychological - focused on uncovering where those patterns began, and changing them at the root.

Over the past 15+ years, I've worked with entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, parents, couples, and individuals across four continents - helping them understand the patterns beneath anxiety, relationships, identity, physical symptoms, and life transitions.

And most people don't need more information. They need a different relationship with themselves.

HOW I GOT HERE

I've never taken the straight road.
Every turn added another piece to the puzzle of human transformation.

Early Career

Corporate & Creative Worlds

Born in Minsk.
Moved to New York at 18.

I worked in corporate environments, technology, photography, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.

On paper, life looked successful.

Inside, I was asking deeper questions.

The Turn

Body Knows

My search led me beyond traditional self-development.

Through travel, yoga, meditation, nutrition, body-oriented therapy, and plant medicine traditions, I began exploring the relationship between mind, body, and lived experience.

For the first time, healing became something I could feel - not just understand.

Depth

Beyond Symptoms

Over the years I studied psychology, regression work, family dynamics, psychosomatic therapy, and ancestral traditions.

Different systems used different languages.

Yet they all pointed toward the same truth:

what we experience on the surface is often only part of the story.

Now

The Chaos Surfer Method

Today my work combines psychology, body-oriented approaches, regression work, and ancestral perspectives.

The goal isn't to remove life's uncertainty.

The goal is to help people meet it with greater awareness, freedom, and choice.

Masha Ātman - The Missing Piece, integrative psychology

THE MISSING PIECE

One framework is rarely enough

Every framework explained something.

None explained everything.

The more people I worked with, the more I noticed a pattern.

People came asking for one thing:

Less anxiety.

A better relationship.

Relief from physical symptoms.

More confidence.

But the issue they wanted to solve was rarely where the story began.

That realization changed the way I approached psychology.

Instead of asking, "How do we get rid of this symptom?"

I started asking,

"What strategy created it in the first place and how can we transform that?"

That question became the foundation of my work.

Treating the symptom can bring relief. Changing the strategy creates lasting change.

Every method explains part of the human experience. None explains all of it.

- MASHA ĀTMAN

MY PURPOSE

I don't dream of changing the world.

I believe real change begins with one person.

Every unconscious reaction shapes a relationship.
Every relationship shapes a family.
Every family shapes a community.
Every community shapes the future we leave behind.

That's why this work has never been just about reducing anxiety or resolving conflict.

It's about helping people become conscious of the strategies they've been living from - through somatic therapy, regression hypnosis, and ancestral healing - many of which were never consciously chosen.

Because people who know themselves communicate differently.
They parent differently.
They lead differently.
They love differently.

And those changes don't stop with them.

They ripple outward.

That's the future I want to contribute to.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

Different disciplines. One purpose.
PHYSICAL  (SOMATIC ) + PSYCHOLOGICAL + SPIRITUAL

Rather than relying on one methodology, I integrate somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, practical psychology & ancestral healing perspectives according to the needs of each individual - working with clients worldwide, online and in person.

Every person is different.

Their transformation will be as well.

People in desert wind - the Chaos Surfer philosophy by Masha Ātman

THE CHAOS SURFER

MY PHILOSOPHY

Chaos isn't the problem. It's the condition.

Chaos isn't what makes us suffer.

Our attachment to certainty does.

We imagine how people should behave.
How relationships should unfold.
How life should go.

When reality doesn't match the story in our heads, we call it disappointment.

In reality, we set ourselves up for disappointment long before it arrives - when we become attached to a future that exists only in our imagination.

Reality didn't betray us.

Our attachment to certainty did.

People change.
Plans fail.
Relationships evolve.
Bodies age.
Loss happens.

The question isn't whether life will surprise us.

It will.

The question is whether we'll keep demanding that reality follow our script - or learn to move with it.

A Chaos Surfer doesn't try to control the waves.

A Chaos Surfer learns to move with reality instead

of demanding that reality move for them.

To adapt instead of resist.

To respond instead of react.

To choose instead of repeat.

A Chaos Surfer isn't someone with a perfect life.

A Chaos Surfer is a person who no longer needs reality to obey them in order to remain free.

A Chaos Surfer...

01
Moves with uncertainty instead of resisting it.
02
Responds consciously instead of reacting automatically.
03
Acts from values rather than old survival strategies.
04
Allows people to be human without becoming trapped by expectations.
05
Stays vulnerable without becoming fragile.
06
Stops passing unconscious patterns to the next generation.

What Changes...

01
Emotional resilience instead of emotional reactivity.
02
Relationships with less control, guilt, and resentment.
03
The ability to say what you actually feel, need, and mean.
04
Greater freedom from recurring emotional and physical symptoms.
05
Conscious choice instead of unconscious programming.
06
Less fear of uncertainty.

Ready to understand what's actually running the show?

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, physical symptoms, or a deeper search for meaning, this work begins with understanding the patterns shaping your experience.
